Happened last February 21 at Aquamarine Pavilion, the 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 (𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐏) 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 was led by Hon. Vilma Santos-Recto and participated in by the DOH, LGUs, and hospitals in Batangas.
